Lorenzo M. Diana is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and York University. Since graduation, Dr. Diana has established his practice as a Naturopathic Doctor through a number of clinics in Ontario, located in Ajax, Markham, Mississauga and Simcoe. While he has developed an eclectic practice, he has cultivated particular expertise in women's issues, digestive disorders, Naturopathic Oncology, Fibromyalgia, preventive healthcare and more. Dr. Diana uses a wide range of treatment modalities including Homeopathy, Acupuncture and Nutritional and Botanical Medicine for the benefit of his patients.
Since 1998, Dr. Diana has acted as Simcoe's first Naturopathic Doctor. His practice has expanded in Simcoe and Dr. Diana intends to continue to serve the community from his new and enlarged premises at the Natural Health Clinic & Educational Centre, 338 Norfolk Street, South, Simcoe Ontario.
Dr. Diana regularly contributes to articles on natural health topics in various journals and magazines and has appeared as a guest on CFRB Toronto and community broadcasts elsewhere. In addition, he conducts a series of lectures across the Greater Toronto and Simcoe areas.
Aside from running busy practices, Dr. Diana has embarked on a project to develop a line of 100% natural and organic supplements designed to treat a variety of disorders as well as writing a book on Naturopathic Medicine and Natural Health.

Liat Trop ND is a Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for improving people's health. Liat obtained her B.Sc. (Hons.) in Psychology from York University graduating with honors. Liat then worked in Alzheimer's research for over 2 years co-authoring various research publications. Following her passion for helping individuals improve their health, Liat completed a 4 year naturopathic medicine program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine graduating with honors. Liat combines her passion for natural health with her strong research skills to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Liat's special interests include but are not limited to pain management including fibromyalgia, autoimmune conditions, digestive concerns including irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease, women's health issues, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Liat uses a range of treatment modalities including nutrition, homeopathy, herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, as well as acupuncture to improve the health of her patients. Orchid received her M.A. in Linguistics in 1997 and started her career as a college teacher. After 5 years of teaching Linguistics and English she joined the department of Speech Language Pathology at the University of Toronto as a clinical researcher. Orchid received her Master of Science in Speech Pathology from the University of Toronto in 2004. During her time in the Master of Science program she was responsible for recruiting oral cancer patients and doing research on the impact of tongue resection on their speech.
She then studied Homeopathic Medicine and Health Sciences at the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine and got her “Doctor of Homeopathy” as a registered Homeopath from the Ontario Homeopathic Association. Presently, she is pursuing her career as a Homeopath at the Markham Natural Health Centre as well as doing research on preventative measures to the treatment of specific health problems such as skin disease, allergies, asthma, digestive problems, infectious diseases, infertility, pediatric issues, anxiety, depression, and genetic disorders.

Flora Zorn, R.H.N. - Registered Holistic Nutritionist is a graduate of Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Canada’s largest and leading school of Natural Nutrition. Flora is member of CSNN Alumni Association and an active member of Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals (CAHN-Pro).
As Holistic Nutritionist, Flora is trained in nutrition therapy to work with clients to identify and help correct their nutritional deficiencies. She is qualified to design personalized whole foods menu plans, recommend dietary supplementation and lifestyle programs that ensure the body is receiving the needed nutrients to achieve and maintain optimal health. Through her coaching program, Flora motivates and teaches participants how to improve their physical health and emotional well-being, vitality and longevity with balanced nutrition, physical activity and healthy living.
Flora's multifaceted approach to holistic health stems from her own family journey to wellness; and after years of researching and achieving a great amount of knowledge on her own Flora decided to attend the CSNN and further educate herself on natural health. Flora is passionate about natural health, nutritional and emotional well-being of children and the preservation of the environment. Lynn Schott RN, graduated from Humber College of Applied Arts. She worked in the field of Community Mental Health in the City of Toronto. She also worked in assisting cancer patients in the coverage of their costly cancer drugs. This is where the interest grew in the increasing prevalence of cancer. After experiencing her own breast cancer scare, she began to look at the use of thermography in early detection. She got her certificate in thermography at the American College of Clinical Thermography, and is now offering full body, half body and breast thermography at Vital Ki Natural Health & Beauty Centre |

Jennifer's love of science led her to obtain an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from McGill University with a major in Biology (emphasis on Neurobiology, Neurophysiology, and Behaviour) and a minor in Environmental Studies. She continued to pursue her interest in Biology and her studies at McMaster University where her graduate research focused on genetic toxicology. She also had the opportunity while in grad school to complete additional research in Behaviour.
Jennifer has always been interested in a holistic approach to health and wellness. She used hypnosis for birthing and pain management with both her children. This was such a positive experience for her that she decided to study hypnosis. Her approach as a hypnotist is holistic, that is to say she treats the mind and body as a whole, and regards her work with clients as complementary to allopathic medicine.
Jennifer’s diverse educational background and multifaceted career path has provided her with a broad range of knowledge and experiences, which she is able to draw from when doing client work. Jennifer has extensive experience teaching and working with children of all ages and abilities and is keenly interested in how hypnosis can assist children. Kenneth received his Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto and specialized in Genes, Genetics and Biotechnology. He went on to do his Masters of Science (Applied) at McGill University in Biotechnology. During this time, he had started to consult Chinese medical doctors for his health, and experienced the benefits of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. From his experience, he developed a desire and passion to learn Traditional Chinese medicine and to use it to help others.
Kenneth studied at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he is finishing his Diploma of Acupuncture and working towards being a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He also completed his certificates of Chinese herbal medicine, and Tuina massage. He also uses other modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine such as Scrapping, Cupping, and Moxibustion to enhance the effects of the other treatments.
Kenneth uses a holistic approach for treatment, so that all treatments are customized for each client. Many factors are taken into account to decide on the treatment methods so that not only the symptoms are treated, but the root cause of the issues are treated as well. Treatment methods are determined according to what the patient needs, and will differ for each patient, and even each visit.

For the last seven years I have worked as a Mental Health Social Worker/Team leader at a large hospital located in Toronto. Additionally, I was a generalist counselor for several years for one of the largest employee assistance programs in the world. During that time, through treatment planning and counseling, I have helped navigate hundreds of people out of a crisis into a life of stabilization and happiness.
I believe that everyone can improve their quality of life and my counseling practice is founded on the promise that I will provide you with a non-judgmental, calm, supportive atmosphere where you can begin to heal yourself from your troubles. I subscribe to a solution focused counseling perspective that will focus on helping you to solve your problems so that you can attain more happiness in your life. If I can help solve your problem in 3 sessions, I will not extend our treatment program to 10 sessions just to pad my pocket. I also believe that no problem is too small to discuss. I approach my practice with a positive attitude and I will never quit on our work together until I see results. I am always available for my patients and am open to evening and weekend appointments, in home, in clinic or in another neutral location.

Darlene also plays an instrumental role in the management of our Naturopathic Dispensary, ensuring it is always fully stocked for our patients. She is knowledgeable about the various products available through the Dispensary and is able to assist patients and clients with any questions they might have about the various products available. |
